Dear 58th Ex-Co,let me type out everything here for the BBQ on 1 Dec 2009,Tuesday,if you guys are not clear with the details.This BBQ is ONLY created for 58th,it is meant to be a 'welfare' day for us to bond together and also to enjoy.Another purpose will be discussing of the PB camp contingency plans and camp booklet.We will be meeting at 12pm at Tiong and take train to Lakeside because we are having at Ni Yi's place and we have to share the booking fee.Do note that we have limited finance,therefore buy what we will be eating.The BBQ starts at 4pm and we need to clean up as well so just bring some rags or else we need to waste money buying.Please bring $20 each.That is all and see you guys!(: ONWARD,58th!
